Today I had a wonderful experience at this pet shop, and I wanted to think the associate Cheryl who helped us. My kids were not being easy to deal with in this store, and I had a lot of beginner questions about fish and tanks. She took her time explaining and was very thorough. She really gave excellent customer service even on a very busy day like today (Christmas eve). Thank you Cheryl for a wonderful experience. I hope your supervisor's see how hard you work And how much of an asset you are to their company!

I loved this place. Their top priority is animal care and safety and I love that! They are squeaky clean and are super friendly! They have a large variety of animals and items for every animal! Unlike other stores they aren’t super pushy on sales for animals wich is nice, they look for good fits instead of sales wich is wonderful! And they give out care guides that I actually mostly agree with!

Stopped in to get a new Betta fish and as every new parent we had a million questions.. Forrest was absolutely AMAZING and patient answering all my questions and walking me through the process. Due to the customer service provided I highly recommend! Thanks Forrest!

Really really helpful staff. I wish I had her name, but it was Sunday afternoon and she had short, brown hair. She took a lit of her time, when she was clearly working on something else. She gave me options and why and didn't pressure me! Very good, I like Pet Supermarket better than the other PS!

You can really tell they care for the pets before you take them home. Every pet we have taken home have been healthy and very chill. My hamsters and bearded dragon are absolutely perfect. You can tell someone put time toward each one.

The fish section looked so good it made me want to set up more tanks to take more fish home. Their fish are incredibly active, well fed and LARGE. Good genetics too, their Mollies, swordtails and guppies had some really gorgeous fish to pick from. Quick little story, yesterday I bought 5 fish from "big box store up del prado". Most of the stock looked a little slow, but they were pretty. 2 died overnight. I go to take them back and there's only 1 of the 10 or so that were left in that tank the day before. Pretty telling if you ask me, especially because most the ones left did not seem to be doing well. Anyhow, I decide to pop by Pet Supermarket to see what they have and came home with 5 fish to replace my two. All are in the same quarantine tank and the 5 from here are clearly just so much more active than the 3 remaining from "big box store". Definitely my new spot for fresh water fish. The employee was really nice too. Eye contact, "be right there", knowledgeable, friendly, all the customer service requisites that are missing from so many retail establishments these days.

This is my go to store for my new fish obsession I love how they have a small amount of Betta so they don’t have a bunch sitting there for too long. Everyone is super friendly , shout out to Forrest who I now call my fish guy lol he’s always very helpful when I come in with a ton of questions. Brian was very helpful as well. Overall this is just a better store than Petsmart by far!

I love this store, its a bit pricey, but I always stop in there anytime im in the area. They take pride in the stores appearance, the store has a wide variety of unique inventory that other pet stores do not seem to have. The staff are always very friendly and have no problem taking as much time as needed to help the costumers, they will walk around with the customers and help them shop for everything they need. If there isnt anyone in need of help the store associates are always willing around cleaning, stocking the shelves, providing care for the animals they're selling at the time, and they will make it a point to stop for a moment and say hello to anyone who is walking around the store shopping. The 1 thing I honestly love about this store is that if youre wanting to purchase any animals they will make sure you have everything you actually need before taking the pet home, if youre buying an aquatic animal theyll help you buy all the items you need to set your tank up, and get the water ready. When its time for you to go back to pick up your new aquatic friends the staff will test the water quality to make sure its exactly the way it needs to be for the animals to live in and continue to live a long, healthy life
